The problem with the list of claims by Al Qaeda is that none of them were associated with AlQ on local news(not that I count on local new to list everything) and none were done in numeric fashion, ie 911 days, 311 Madrid, etc. None had multiple explosions. Therefore, AlQ did not do them. Now, it may be possible that some other organisations may have done AlQ deeds...but they did not follow AlQ MO.
