The scary thing is that the 90% comment was made back in March. They've had two and a half months to complete the other 10%. Funny, we discussed it a lot here but it took DOHS a couple of months to freak out about it.
Thanks for the post MnC. That answers a question asked by another poster about when did these terrorist scum indicate that they were 90% ready.
So they were 90% ready on 3/12/04. Guess they're just waiting for the orders to start operations.

I hope I'm hallucinating. The fellow on the bottom row- third from the left- sure looks alot like that fellow I met in an internet cafe in Philly last summer. He said he was an arabic/french translator. He said he had moved to Philly from NYC, and was having trouble getting a job. He was angry about that- always complaining.
Looking back, it was really strange how insistent he was on wanting me to go out with him. He kept asking me back to his apartment to "drink beer". Strange.
Anyway- he disappeared right around the time of the initial "Muslims leave NY, DC,LA" threat.
Later- I saw him back at the cafe one time. He was not friendly.
Most definitely only a resemblence.
Said his name was "DK"
Anyway- if he were a terrorist, he would have had some cash.
The guy was always broke and complaining about prices.
Nevertheless, I'll report what I observed.
