I think that Rumsfeld answered that question for you when Hillary was questioning him. Friend of Hillary gave them to the press.
To: prairiebreeze
Thank you!
That saves so much time.

Here is something no one has addressed. If the positions and nudity of those prisoners was humiliating (which I agree with) then WHY did CBS PARTICIPATE in their humiliation by making sure that every person in the Arab world knew what had happened? These people have no moral clarity. On the one hand they will argue that the likes of Mapplethorpe should be funded by the US taxpayers and on the other fall to their knees gasping over the humiliation and loss of credibility in the Arab world. They make me sick and anyone with a simple familiarity with logic could not follow their reasoning without concluding that they are simply propagandists.

I wish they'd nail her on that.

Unfortunately, I think you're right. As much damage as they can inflict at our soldiers' expense.
I loathe CBS and all the others(except maybe FOX)

Somebody needs to tell this blond guy wondering how the President can ever speak with any other country about human rights ever again, that he shouldn't worry because the Sudan will be glad to step in and assume that responsibility.

The irony here is that this is the commotion the Libs wanted aroused for Wilson/CIA-Plame leak.
Instead they're getting the American people angry as evinced by the WAPO, ABC polls that say Rummy should stay.

Take years to repair this...
THEY HOPE!
They are trying their damndest to drag this out.
So overblown.
Dammmit.

NO, they believe that a copy of the CD was given to someone by one of the perps.
They rounded up two CD's, but thought they had them all.

Good grief...... Why didn't they just stipulate at the beginning of the hearing that all parties, on both sides, are "outraged". Stop beating that horse !!!!

The media will risk it. It has no shame, no morals, no accountability to anything decent.
No holds barred.

Speaking of Sunday, I sure hope that Chris Wallace sticks to his promise last week, of televising a counter-response to Nightline's "The Fallen". We need it this week, more than ever.

I missed that, did he say that? I haven't followed all that closely, this whole hearing has turned my stomach.
To: redlipstick
And guess who MTP has scheduled to debate the dem side of this on Sunday - Wesley Clark! Make you a wager...I bet the Clark appearance on MTP is priming him for the VP slot on the Kerry ticket.

It doesn't seem to me like these kangaroo courts today are doing the dems any good at all.You are correct.
But they have done some harm to our country. Maybe when the DUers realize that they can start the party all over again.

that would be too simple and then they would only get to ask questions.
