Check this out, from another source:

"MSNBC and Newsweek Magazine reported the FBI received evidence from Spanish authorities that Mayfield’s fingerprints allegedly were found on a bag containing bomb material associated with the March 11 railway attacks."

Now THAT is bad. I had figured it was more a "provide advice" kinda thing, but if his prints are on the bag...woah.

Thanks for that linkage.

Apparently the FBI has been monitoring this converted Islamo for a long time.

Any fingerprint on explosive residues from the Spain mass murder would be like a hammer dropped on him.

If his prints were on that bag, this expands the definition of an activist left wing lawyer.

I wonder if a little bit of brutality and humiliation in the interrogation of the Oregon Al Quaeda cell in custody could have led to information that would have saved 200 lives in Madrid.... ah, but their lawyers would have protested that. Brandon would have screamed for his clients' civil rights on all the TV talking head shows that preach tolerance of Muslims to the ignorant American masses.
