Sorry. I should have been clearer.

I didn't mean Kerry's body itself was top-heavy. I meant his positioning on the bike looks top heavy. It reminds me of the circus clowns that ride those tiny bikes.

"John Kerry fell off his bicycle over the weekend. He went for a Sunday afternoon ride and fell off in front of the news media. Luckily his hair broke the fall."
