I call it spotting you a mile away.
I see I was correct.
Ha! you're funny!
What do you do for a living?
Stand up? Are you a writer? Retired?

Kerry *thinks* he's Cary Grant, but he's actually Lt. Crandall (the ugly parallel universe version):

"but was not injured, a campaign official said. "
John Kerry narrowly missed his 4th combat purple heart when he narrowly missed major injury and death as he attacked a hill with meritorious valor during his service to the country on the campaign trail.
An un-named campaign source said:" I have never seen a politician fall more heroically. He is a true credit to the nation and he served in Vietnam. He is a true patriot."
Ted Kennedy was contacted for comment, but he was unfortunately unavailable. He was last seen floating in a tub of Mint Julep's during a Kentucky derby party yesterday. His spokesman commented that it usually took 48 hrs to consume 48 pints of Burbon but he could drink gin much quicker.
Kennedy is expected to be seen screaming about something on the Senate floor on Monday. Kerry hasn't shown up all year and isn't expected..

The shoulder surgery reference is good thinking. Post-op recovery (don't do anything stupid) was suppose to be a few weeks.
And of course, there's the fact that the shoulder injury was caused YEARS AGO......Yes, in a bike accident.
Wonder what REALLY is going on?

Good heavens, what would he do as president? So far, his ability to spot and avoid trouble spots is underwhelming. Here's hoping the undecided/swing voters notice that, too.

DID HE ASK FOR A PURPLE HEART?

You're right. Except for the flip-flop he took off his bike, we probably wouldn't have heard about Kerry's bicyicle ride. The picture is laughable. Is this his best manly pose?
