Is East Cleveland anything like East St. Louis?

If by that you mean poor then yeah i think most of it can be described that way. The mayor however lives in a small enclave of E cleveland called forest hills close to another suburb of cleveland and has a substantially higher level of income and education and also different demographics. Lots of professionals especially blacks almost all of which have no children cause the public schools are one of the worst in the state. If you have kids you live elsewhere. Taxes are super cheap and the houses are amazing mostly. Cheap taxes however didnt stop the mayor and the rest of his ilk from paying on time and in full. He and the public school sup didnt pay taxes for the last couple of years i think which mostly go to the bottomless pit of the school system. Laughable really. Theres a few republicans around here though. People think otherwise but its not true.

Doesn't the "east side" of Anywhere, USA have a bad reputation? Detroit, Chicago, Toledo, St. Louis, Cleveland. You name it, the "east side" is where to find trouble.
