Well, speaking as a former Marine I will say ... once again, the CIC didn't (at least in the speech part of the presentation) come across as confident and in charge; he seemed tentative. Pursing your lips and licking them constantly didn't do anything to allay that impression. The next time he calls a prime time press conference one of his entourage ought to have the balls to step up and tell the President ... "look, I don't know how to say this nicely boss, but for &*@#$* sake knock off the lip licking BS when your speaking to the Nation ... it's distracting as hell and takes away from the message".
