Dubya's aides should find out who Rocky Bleier supports.
To: Alas Babylon!
Perhaps Foghat or Boston will open this freak-show. Despite this, the GOP will get the votes of the mullet-sporting, 1977 Camaro-driver with the Members Only jacket and oversized, mirrored Foster Grant sunglasses.

I used to respect Franco even though he tried to steal my then girlfriend at the Staircase Lounge on Liberty Ave. I remember saying to her, "Do you realize who you just turned down to dance?" She said no and asked what position he played for the Pirates. She has now been my wife for over 20 years.
Franco, go to Hell you loser.

This is pretty cruel on my part but Franco Harris and Bon Jovi are so, 80'sHmmmm... you must be one of them young whippersnappers...
Yeah, I guess Franco did end his NFL career with the Seahawks in '84...
but his best year was '75 and I always think of him being with the Steeler dynasty of that decade...
As far as Bon Jovi...
well I've certainly heard the name...
but please don't ask me to name anything he did...
so yeah, he's probably '80s.

Bush has A-Rod supporting him, and that more than makes up for this!
To: Willie Green
Bon Jovi used to hang out with Al Gore. Now it is Kerry. He sure goes for the dorks.

Dubya's aides should find out who Rocky Bleier supports.Probably... As a "Nam vet, I doubt Rocky would go for Kerry...
And something tells me Dubya wouldn't have much luck with Lambert,
he sounds a lot more like a Buchananite...
In the old days players would go into a place, tell a couple of locker-room stories, talk about the team, take the money and run," Lambert said. "I decided I wasn't going to cheat people."
So he began to talk about drugs, and senseless vandalism, about respect and the pride that he felt when he stood at attention before a game and heard the National Anthem played. The audience would stare at him. Is this a put-on or what? Then they'd applaud. At one affair someone asked him what he'd do to the drug dealers. His reply was typically blunt. "Hang them by their feet in Market Square until the wind whistles through their bones."

Who's Frenchie votin' for?

Presidential candidate John Kerry will be joined by rocker Jon Bon JoviOh, how I wish I had the money back that I spent on BonJovi concert tickets and tapes in the 80s. He sickens me now. I mean, I feel literally sick at the thought that so much of my hard earned money lined the pockets of a man who would support Kerry. *&^%$^#@

Jack Tatum,
but Tatum's voting for Frenchy...
so they cancel each other out and the ruling stands.

I always love seeing that replay - incredible.
TRIVIA - which SC Justice played for the Steelers?
To: Senator Pardek
Easy one! Byron White.

Well, we can't all be conservatives. I'd say Rick Santorum more than makes up for Harris...

I can verify that Franco could not play a good game of poker while in school. I won at least $500 from him in a couple of games in West Halls.
To: NYC GOP Chick; Senator Pardek
Easy one! Byron White.Yeah, that was easy...
He was part of the "Steel Curtain" along with Greenwood, Greene and Holmes...
C'mon Pardek... ask us a tougher one!
To: Willie Green; Senator Pardek
He was part of the "Steel Curtain" along with Greenwood, Greene and Holmes...Not exactly, Willie. You see, they were the Pirates until 1940, and White played for them in 1938.
C'mon Pardek... ask us a tougher one!
Yeah, really!

OK - name the 5 all-time HR leaders as catchers (Google takes the saloon fun out of sports trivia).
