Chocolate During Pregnancy Has Good Impact on Baby

Scientists at the University of Helsinki, who asked 300 pregnant women to record their chocolate consumption and stress levels, found that daily treats had a positive impact on the newborn baby's behavior.

Six months after the infants were born the mothers who had eaten chocolate reported more smiling and laughter in their offspring.

Mmmmmmm peanut butter(Reese's)chocolate eggs for Easter. Can Toddlers get the same joy from mom eating chocolate? LOL

I was the runt of the litter. Mom felt sorry for me and I got chocolate. I grew up to be a chocolate freak instead of an athlete.

I'm the only one still living. Nobody has ever done a study as to why. But I know. :P

That is good to hear, especially since chocolate *is* the 5th food group, and the baby is due in May :-)
