The structural and legal impediments to sharing info hurt us...Rice said August 6 was a "history memo" about Al Queda."No specifics" about an attack on the US was agreed on by the commissioner questioning the memo.

Rockefeller said Rice admitted they were distracted and not focused on Al Queda,more on Iraq which "has led to disasterous consequences in the war on terror".This is the example of partisan response we can expect..and the spinning.
