Dr. Rice was excellent! She kept her composure, didn't get rattled by the attack-dogs or hostile audience.

Condi's response on the USS Cole attack was probably true but she should have said that responding 4 months after an attack would not have provided the necessary linkage and that a strategic response was needed given over 8 years of attacks against our interests.

She did say this.
