"These 9-11 families make me sick. They are using the deaths of loved ones for SOLEY POLITICAL PURPOSES."
There are days and times when I wish I just didn't care about politics at all, it's so damn slimey.
This is one of those times.

Some of the most ignorant people I know are PhDs, that means nothing. And what caused that SNOTTY reply to MY post that she was a PhD. in answer to why somebody was calling her Dr.?
Or do you just bitch about everything?

This just reminds me of a systematic spanking. She finishes with one and then it's, "Okay, who's next?" And without breaking a sweat, and with charm and humor.
Indeed!

He should be bleeding from the eyes at this point. Does Kerry often run into doors, or is today just a special occasion?

Someone should ask Klintoon how come he didn't set up a homeland security cabinet position????
To: hoosiermama
Condi now saying all the failures of intel and info is the exact reason the Homeland Security office was created. Another Clinton slam.

I think they are almost through the first round. Don't know if there will be a second round of questioning?
To: Ima Lurker
Agreed. The applauding is highly inappropriate. We just walked in, and turned on the tube, the first thing we hear is applauding from both sides. Never heard of a hearing where people are applauding following statements. Very odd.

Kerry's a Medal of Honor winner. He deserves respect.
No pass for that. Benedict Arnold was originally a patriot, too.
To: Pukin Dog
Kerry's been served!!
To: daybreakcoming
I am struck by how the panel spends most of their allotted time making statements instead of questioning the witness. That's the whole point of this dog and pony show, giving the Dems TV time to bash Bush, the war, Repubs in general, etc. And Bob Kerrey actually had the gonads to accuse Condi of trying to "filibuster"! What a bunch of sniveling, filth-ridden bastards these sorry excuses for Congressmen are.
To: hobbes1
You are right - we will see B-V on the news tonight, not Lehman, and I would bet the ranch that the media do not mention Kerrey repeatedly calling Rice "Dr. Clarke." That would be too embarrasssinfg to the Dems, so we won't see it. But they'll show B-V talking tough and make it seem like Rice was flummoxed. The only thing we might see from Kerrey is his comment to "stop filibustering."

Bullsh*t.....
We have got to stop this pathetic idea that the Demonrats are anything but power hungry tomb-raiders who would just as soon sell their mothers to the slave trade then give up an inch of power...
furthermore....who set up this commission with such a demonrat influence and why don't we have a group of noisy broken-glass Republicans in the audience to cancel out the obviously pre-arranged demonrat throng that is there now....
We have got to think ahead and go for the damn jugular!!!!!
