Q - what should we do instead of moving boxes around?

A - remember 9/11. lessons learned. we've reorganized gov better since the last in '47. hard to change culture. changes in FBI and CIA. changed legal restrictions so now we can do what we needed to do. we're an open society but need to protect our society. bush will listen to recommendations but also how can we press forward. we waited and waited and waited as threat mounted. there are other threats that gather against us. 9/11 taught us to be bold and defensive but never 100%.
