Well, from where I stand, they ARE assimilating, in terms of fashion, speaking ghetto English, shopping at Wal-Mart and watching crap like American idol. I too wish everyone understood the consitution, but it appears that only a small minority of us native born white folk do, most of our fellow pasty-faces being totally ignorant of the subject and obsessed with Sports, Laci Peterson and who gets voted off the island.
