She has a new story after the obvious falsehood about the abduction out of the apartment, where she may not have known there was a videocam recording her departure and Non-abduction. Her new story will be that she was abducted by space aliens and taken to their ship in the aky but that the police will never catch these guys because she's the only one who can see them.

From all reports from family and friends, this is not a girl who is prone to do this stuff to get attention.

She said she got bopped in the head last month. That's likely a lie also.

If she's mental, she needs to be locked up in a facility until she gets medication. Her family also needs to apologize to the community for getting them all worked up.

As to her February incident. I think SHE reported it herself and told them she was hit, knocked unconcious at point A and "came to" at point B two blocks away.

This issue is complicated and no person fit's every mold.

The justice system will likely get this right.

If she deserves it, she should be punished too the degree that she is complicit in the crime of false reporting.

We, as a society must take illness into account, but not to excuse everything and everybody.

Please do not blame her family. They did what any family would and should have done when discovering a relative missing. If you saw them on TV while all this was going on, you'd know they were devastated. Can't you at least empathize with them?
