Thomas Jefferson obviously did not write it, because of the use of the word "liberal" throughout.

Jefferson was a liberal, a true liberal, who believed in individual rights and responsibilities, limited government, and the ultimate right of private property.

There should be a disclaimer at the top saying:
"The reference to 'Liberals' in the following work refers to those ascribing to the vernacular 'liberal' philosophy of the modern day, ie, collectivist socialism. It should in no way be confused with true liberalism, a philosophy that is the polar opposite of the vernacular 'liberalism'"
