Whoever said that liberal radio couldn't be entertaining certainly hasn't listened to the first hour of this "monumental event". This show is so bad. Just to amuse yourself with what the liberals want to air in a head-to-head showdown against Rush Limbaugh, give it a listen. It will make your day. Needless to say, no worries of success here.

They just had an ad for the US Army? I thought Libs hated our young men and women in uniform? They do, but not before they voted. AFTER they voted, they'll go back to hating them again. Like when Gore waited untill after they cast their ballots, did he try to discount them.
BTW: We all should be listening to Rush Limbaugh and not this tripe.

Now, they're saying Academics should be on the 9/11 panel...like they'd do such a great job???? Heck, most of them are on the other side....

Like Savage said, this Liberal Radio thing is a scam. It was/is established as a vehicle to bash Bush and bolster the Dems (Ketchup). Once the elections are over watch it fade away....

It's been my patented slogan for about a month now...
"Air America to go on the Air March 31st...to go off the air April 1st"

"Franken alone is worse than dead air. Without a steady stream of guests he will be terrible..." I agree...he sorta mumbles and his personality is not one that folks will want to endure day after day. What could be interesting is when some conservatives inevitably get through and challenge his assertions, but I doubt I'll be listening when it happens.

Which is just like Brill's Content, Salon.com, and Talk Magazine, all of which seem to have been created to put out a very particular pro-Clinton message, and which died soon after their usefulness had been wrung out of them?

I wonder what the pilots and crews of the real Air America, who so long flew, sacrificed and died for the liberty of other's, think of this.

you are right - keep your eye on the ball. The libs will do anything to try and distract Bush's base. IGNORE THEM.

It doesn't matter if its good or bad. The real reason the ultra libs are starting a network is to get around the McCain-Feingold restrictions. Remember only established publishers and broadcasters will be able to directly comment on the candidates for 60 days before the election (thank you SC). This is their outlet for the coming election. After that, they will quickly disband and wait for the next loophole to appear.

Note to LIB trolls: Al Franken is not as funny as he thinks he is. Give it up.

If you liked al franken on SNL, then you will like the show, if you didn't, you won't listen. I dunno, I thought the Al Franken skits were a great break from all that comedy stuff that they had on SNL...

Radio ventriloquists and impressionists will be lining up for auditions. I can do a passable masculine version of Streisand.

Marketing DOES care if you listen to the show. That's what sells commercials, and selling commercials is 100% of what radio is all about. That relies on the assumption that this is a commercial venture, which is an untrue assumption in this case. This is a propaganda medium, not an effort to make money.
