He is talking about the principle he is trying to uphold, how many of his Administration have met with the commission (over 800)and 20 of his officials have or will meet with the commission...talking about how the danger has NOT passed, and that the commission will report and that HE will continue to protect the American people.
He wants to know what happened in the months and years before 9/11. That the threat is still urgent. Not taking questions.
