Just wanted to post pictures of my new Baby Girl!
My wife was found to be suffering from Preeclampsia and the baby didn't have much amniotic fluid (would up even less!). Early delivery (32 weeks)was an absolute must for both Mommy and Baby.
Baby and Mommy are doing great!
Anna Elizabeth was born approximately 1:30 PM via C-section and weighs 3 lbs 11 oz.
Praise the Lord for the strenght he have us all and most especially to Baby Anna. Anna will get to come home when she reaches 4.5 lbs and is eating properly.
The Dr. is already backing off on the oxygen, as she is breathing very well on her own.
And the proud daddy with Baby Anna!

Anna Elizabeth is a beautiful name. She's awfully pink for a preemie! Best of luck! I was thinking the exact same thoughts as Howlin, so I'll use her post and add God bless you and your family.

What a beautiful precious doll you have. Congratulations!

Congratulations, Daddy!
I had pre-eclampsia with my first child (also a girl), as well as numerous other problems. After 27 hours of labor, I gave birth to a beautiful 8 lb 7 oz daughter (born at just under 39 weeks).
My second child (a boy) was born in a completely normal 7.5 hour labor (19 months ago next week).
In the next 10 or 11 weeks will welcome our third child, also a girl. Her middle name will be Elizabeth too. We are no less excited this time than the previous two times; probably more so because this one was a little bit of a surprise!
Anna looks very healthy for such a little girl, and I am sure you and Mommy are relieved that she is here! Enjoy your little miracle and keep us posted on her progress please.
Thanks be to God for your little girl!

That's great. There's nothing better than having kids. We'll be praying for your wife and Anna Elizabeth - which is a beautiful name.
You look like a proud pappa and she looks like she's going to make you very happy. Congratulations.

Both baby and mom look really good after such a tough time! I am offering up prayers for their continued good health.
Prepare yourself for the lack of sleep (it gets better, trust me!) and enjoy this magical time! Every day is a miracle with a little one--they grow so fast, and are such a joy to be around. Congratulations!!!

and keep us posted on her progress please. It looks like she has a good chance of coming off the ventilator Thursday (4/1). All is progressing "normally". Diana is coming home Thursday. Here are a couple of new pictures -
