I could be wrong, but I believe a soldier/sailor/marine is obligated to report wrongdoing (war crimes) to his superior.

Using that method, the individual that misbehaves (commits war crimes) can be dealt with.

In this case, it isn't much different than reporting a murder. That is why they are called "crimes."

"Hello. I'm phoning in, to report a man, who just shot an unarmed woman and her child."

So following my example, I guess Kerry broke Navy regulations, for failure to report war crimes, which he had knowledge of. He was, after all, a commissioned officer.

I'm waiting for for some of this material - in addition to to some of Kerrey's Congressional testimony - to show up in campaign commercials. Probably not President Bush's commercials - because the new "stand by your ad" federal campaign law would require president Bush to appear in the ad at the start, which would not look good.

But expect the this effeminate blood-libeling America-hating Turston Kerry Howell IV to appear in ad done by independent groups.

O'Niell was very well prepared. He's repeatedly had quotes ready to catch Lurch in lies, flip-flops and evasions, just now over the issue of whether he had help writing speechs from the Kennedy campaign.

O'Neil is stating that all these tv shows have pushed Kerry's agenda and says that the Am. people deserve to hear the other side. Kerry interupts and says that he thinks the people need to hear more in depth story than O'Neil wants to tell.
