Who on this site would actually vote for Kerry?
My own curiosity ^ | 3/24/04 | Me

Posted on 03/24/2004 3:58:56 PM PST by DM1

I was curious who the 3% is that come to this site stating that they would vote for Kerry? Observe the Free Republic Poll It's Kerry (for now). But if Hillary is added to the ticket (top or bottom) how will you vote? Bush/Cheney - 83%

Kerry/Clinton - 3%

Constitution Party - 5%

Libertarian Party - 3%

Sit on hands - 2%

Other - 0%

Undecided - 1%

CJ.. --- Would you submit that those who come here and advocate against the 2nd amendment goals of FreeRepublic "ought to be identified to the owner" on the above types of threads?

Would you like to see a badge of shame next to the online names of those who are political enemies of our inalienable RKBA's?

Not a chance. See, I was in the Navy in '71 and I really don't take kindly to being called a war criminal by a peace pimp in a pompadour.

"The liberal spies and the gay activists that frequent this site. It has been growing over time, which indicates that they are not everyday FReepers."

Good point. Are these people thinking they're going to persuade Freepers to vote for Hillary/Kerry?

Peer pressure... bring it on! LOL...

If he expelled all the illegals, he would be expelling part of his voting public!

You do realize that illegals are the most important problem in America -- more important than the War on Terror (sarcasm)

Statements on here about illegals and Kerry ousting them never cease to amaze me. Talk about something that would never happen!

And you still chose Kerry??????

"I'm going to vote for Kerry.
The day he becomes a better man than Dubya."

LOL--in my previous post, I was going to mention something about a snowball's chance... ;)

One of these days I am going to write up a comparison/contrast thing with Kerry & GW, from Vietnam to today.

The one salient feature is that Kerry was always fake and trying to adapt to whatever way the political wind was blowing; he never has had any convictions (at least that he has admitted publicly).

GW, on the other hand, yeah, he did grow up in a famous/wealthy family. But that's where the resemblance stops. From everything I have ever seen, read, and "felt" about GW (beginning from day one, btw), I believe he is a man of conviction and character and belief--a very strong belief.

I'd never vote for Gigolo John, the flipflop man. But neither do I have much enthusiasm for the wild spending author of medicare prescription drugs, no child left behind, and the famous Karl Rove immigration plan "Wetbacks Galore". This wild-spending RINO is on track to become the first President since John Quincy Adams (1825-1829) to serve a full term without vetoing a single bill.

Some Conservatives won't compromise on any of what they consider the key issues. They should learn the lesson of the California recall....too many votes for the true conservative McClintock would have elected Bustamante for governor.

Although California is considered a "blue state", it's also the state that produced Reagan. I won't consider ANY vote except for Bush.

"You do realize that illegals are the most important problem in America -- more important than the War on Terror (sarcasm)"

Thank you, PhiKapMom! I had a whole post written up which I deleted...

I've been trying to convince my Al Gore-voting sister to vote for GW. ... *sigh*

I think I'll freepmail you my letter to her (an environmentalist).

people get so caught up in issues--but there is no more important issue than security. Without that, we can't enjoy anything.

Immigration is important--but it will resolve itself within a generation or two (imo), and the environment is important (to me)....

but we can't do anything good for the world or the environment if we cannot protect our way of life.

Anyway, I'm sure I'll get blasted for this post. :(

But I have to get my kids to bed... so goodnight, all, and PhiKapMom especially! :)
