Does anyone recall the Gore/Lieberman campaign emphasizing the war on terror, or mentioning any response to the attack on the Cole?

Angling for an ambassadorship in a Kerry Administration. As was said above, he worked on Gore's campaign.
To: maica
Isn't that what we're paying their staffs to do?
It seems like Clarke is piling on more $h!t, not cutting through any. And how convenient it is for the Dems that he aims to have it all stick to the Repubs.

He's already lying. They can do that 'cause when they swear in they don't say "so help me God". They feel safe that way.

And Daschle's wife the contract for inaccurate airport screens.

This is the biggest load of codswollop I have ever heard. Did you note the "President Clinton risked his life to go to Pakistan" line?

Berger up? Two all-beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions, on a sesame seed bun?
Oh, yeah, where's the beef?

Berger is one of the biggest partisan hacks of the Clinton adminstration. I suspect the lies you see coming from his mouth will dwarf anything we have see before. He is covering his own butt along with the very ample butt of his former boss.
To: Miss Marple
Exactly. And he considers it a plus that THEY appointed Clarke.

Off topic:
A bomb containing several detonators has been found on a French rail line linking Paris to Basel, in Switzerland, according to police.
The device "strongly resembled" a previous bomb planted by a shadowy group calling itself AZF which has threatened to blow up parts of France's rail network unless it is paid millions of euros, police said.
To: Miss Marple
You can bet that if clinton every risked his life going to Pakistan we would have never heard the end of it. The only time he's ever risks his life is when hillary finds out he's screwing around again!
To: Miss Marple
Berger sounds like he's about ready to cry. "I did my best!".....

If we are going to be referencing books on this panel, I wish to hell the following would be referenced:
Losing Bin Ladin by Richard Minitier
Legacy by Richard Lowry
Why America Slept by Gerald Posner
Catastrophe & Bitter Legacy by Chris Ruddy and Carl Limbacher
I also wish that the people who are going to be on the talking head shows tonight would step it up and and defend President Bush more forcefully by rejecting the premise of the lib's questions, and by referencing the above books. The folks on last nights shows were wholly inadequate and did the President a disservice in regard to this circus.

Berger: "We had a GROWING high priority from the beginning to the end." It grew for 8 years, yet it never came to fruition. Right?
