Zell Miller to endorse President Bush March 24 in DC.
Note from Bob McDonnell

Dear Friend,
I want you to know about an historic event that is happening tomorrow, March 24, 2004. Senator Zell Miller, a Democrat from Georgia, will endorse President George W. Bush for re-election. As many of you know, Senator Miller has never endorsed a Republican for President. He is taking this drastic measure because he believes that George W. Bush has shown leadership in defending our national security, courage in lowering the tax burder for Americans, and integrity in his service to our nation. This event will take place at the Park Hyatt, 1201 24th Street, NW in Washington D.C. at 11:00 a.m.

This is only good if it sways the swing-voters. It won't do anything for the left-wingers.

He holds some sway in GA, possibly in the southeast.
People like him, if for nothing else, he comes across as very sincere, what with the drawl and all.

His book, "A National Party No More: The Conscience of a Conservative Democrat", is very good. He's a class act.

I'm sure Dan Rather will closely question Kerry about a sitting Democratic Senator endorsing his opponent. < /sarcasm >

Ballsy. (Or maybe not, as I'm sure the Dumbocrap machine is doing everything they can to replace him as it is already.)

Truly a time of change.
The parties have become so enmeshed, it's going to take some current elder statesmen to reconfigure and define who we are.
I'd Like to see more cross over, Rino's and Dino's go home. Then we can actually choose a path.

To: Gopher Broke
Good! Maybe we could trade RINO McLame for Zell.
What do ya think?

To: areafiftyone
News? He's been saying it for months. This is just a formality.
Anyhow, Zell is probably my favorite Senator. He's at the very least my favorite one with a 'D' next to his name. (this one isn't really a fair contest though)
To: eddie willers
I think that's true of a LOT of Gorgians.
To: Gopher Broke
Why in DC? Wouldn't it make more sense to do it in Georgia or in North Florida(which i call south georgia)?
