station 2 miles away from a volcano....Kinda like putting a gas emission detector near a gas leak.

and international panels of scientists sponsored by world governments have concluded that most of the warming probably was due to greenhouse gases. Rather than a panel sponsored by "world governments" whatever that is, I would rather see a discussion by the most respected experts in the field, who would clarify what we know and don't know. Such panels as these, without knowing this one, sponsored by "world governments" just might have an ax to grind.

Wasn't China and India both exempted from the Kyoto accord?

To: CzarNicky
Ok, but don't expire as the decomposition products may increase the CO2 levels if you expire.

Source of CO2 found: John Kerry and the 'Rat party. All hot air; all the time.
To: Calamari
What a joke. When you read the report, it turns out that instead of 376 parts per million, they found 379 parts per million.

I think so. The only thing the US will be allowed to make is movies. The rest will be made in the two places you named. It is all so transparent. Just for China and India to be "allowed" to generate their "fair share" of greenhouse gases when they fully enter the market economy, will probably add to the net production, even if Americans all revert to riding bikes, and cease using unnatural light sources. If the theory holds, the climate will change. Period. It will not be stopped.

If everyone only held their breath for 1 minute a day then the co2 lvl would drop to record low levels.
avg tidal volume for an adult 750ml x 14 bpm x 4 -6 billion people plus half that for children. It would have a bigger impact than outlawing the internal combustion engine.
After all not everyone has a car, but everyone has lungs.
Dems because they care so much should volunteer to stop breathing entirely. Oh, I forgot they want to regulate everybody else, not themselves.

Actully that's where the ozone emissions levels sensors are located in San Antonio; by the airport and near the busy intersecton of 2 super highways with major rush hour backups.

this really is human narcissism at its worst. "AT RECORD LEVELS" How arrogant!! The life span and existance of humanity are nothing more than a flicker of time in the existence of the earth.
