NCAA Basketball Tournament -- CBS would not have cut away to the speech like they are now. During the day he can get network coverage -- at night forget some of them.

Dubya hit another one out of the park... very moving speech. Still, I wish he would give these wonderful speeches during prime time or catch at least the east coast at dinner hour. So many sheeple who should see and hear President Bush speaking live are busy at work right now.... all they will see on their 'evening news' is a 6-second sound bite, if that.
