I just posted on the other thread they'd let him walk out just like they've always done. Amazing (not) that the road wasn't barrackaded. Ha, FNC now saying there's negotiations going on. Duh, big honcho gets out scott free and the low guys on the totem pole wave white flags. The P's aren't that interested in getting their fingers dirty.

We can track a Landcruiser, can't we? That would be my strategy. Let him think he 'slipped the net' and track him from there. He would be likely to lead us back to his rat hole where we can nab a lot more of the scum in one shot. Maybe even OBL himself.

Disinfo to keep the rest of AlQueda from knowing AZ's already captured and undergoing interrogation?
To cover for Musharref so he doesn't have to acknowledge that he turned AZ over or that he let Americans into Pakistan to capture him?
Fact, bull, error, who knows!
In a way this is like the OJ chase: fascinating but there's nothing for the media to report- and yet they can't shut up. (But I don't think AZ will end up chasing the "real" terrorists on golf courses.)

No problema. What struck me most about Loftus' assertion last night was the way he broke right into it as soon as John Batchelor had finished introducing it. He didn't leave any room for doubt.
To: Allan
According to our friend John Loftus last night on WABC radio New York the whole operation was a hoax mounted by Pakistan to impress Coling Powell I thought so too and told Mr. M they were probably sitting around drinking tea and occasionally firing their guns into the air. Seems that's about how it's turning out.
To: hobson
John Loftus is a tinfoil hat NUT!
Which is probably the reason that John "Reynolds" Batchelor features him every night : )
To: mrsmith
Excellent analysis.

How about THIS? I fear that it may come to that. I doubt we'd use nukes, but we may have to start infliciting serious casualties and infrastructure destruction on places like Yemen, southern Saudi Arabia, the Sunni Trianlge, and the tribal areas of Pakistan, as collective punishment for harboring fugitive Wahhabi/Salafist troublemakers.
We are going to be accused of imperialism no matter what we do. May as well get some mileage out of it, and go into full Roman Empire mode.

We have bulletproof land cruisers here in Baghdad, but they are junk. If we follow long enough, it will break down lol. So, are you really in Baghdad?

I wish Kerry would offer her the VP spot so I could drop that horrible tagline.

Or, How about a Daisy Cutter, right down their bloody throats. That's what I was thinkin'..if they don't get him this time...try it again. Let the term "Daisy Cutter" be known to these "Tribesmen" and flatten some more of these "Armored Mud Huts"..put the fear of ALLAH in them..(and their families.)
..."If they wish to die, help them out...may all their "rewards" look like Shrillary Clinton, Helen Thomas, Molly Yard, "Burn 'em" Reno and Barbara Streisand..and any other liberal *itch, I may have missed." :)
