simple example: your 1st amendment right does not protect your right to yell "fire" in a crowded theater. An absolutist would say it does.

The left is using the letter of the law to violate the spirit of the law. (seperation FROM chruch and state comes to mind too.)

Society has a vested interest in encouraging the model which perpetuates society most. Homosexuals are free to have whatever sex partners, cohabitation contracts, palimony agreemnts, they desire in private. In the PUBLIC arena of marraige, their PRIVATE sex acts do not have standing.

If anything this poll show the shift in homosexual tactics. First it was just loooooove and feeeelings. Then is was just religous hatred. Now its, voters don't reeeeeealy feeeeeeel it matters.

The fact that its now 59% accordig to CBS suggests that the homosexual media useful idiots are not succeeding in their propaganda.
