When I first saw the article title, I thought:
Wait a minute, Kerry hasn't even been elected yet.

FDR's policies (all of them were basically socalist plans) during the depression turned it into the Great Depression.

You know, I heard someone high up in the GOP in California give this very spiel the other day (listening on a radio station). It's very effective.

Does anyone have the figures on lives lost during Clinton's Bosnia episodes? For that matter, how many American service men and women lost their lives in all of Mr. Clinton's military escapades?

Germany did declare war on us.
I guess that doesn't count.

One liberal recently claimed Bush was the worst president in U.S. history. Worst in history? Bush isn't even the worst in the 21st century. (And Clinton only had 19 1/2 days as president in this century.)

Except for the lies about FDR starting WWII and Truman the Korean War. In the first case Germany declared war on us and in the second the N. Koreans attacked our ally.

One could have added that the only leader in the history of the world to employ nuclear weapons on an enemy was a democrat.

Best: Washington (prevented the U.S. from establishing a de facto monarchy through the chief executive); Reagan (best of the 20th century; won the cold war and was the first president since FDR who fought the growth of the welfare state)
Worst: Lincoln (plunged America into civil war and caused the deaths of 600,000 Americans (assuming you agree the war was unjust))
