Fundamentalist Christians believe that the Jews are the "first chosen", and those Christians are the best friend Israel's got. When my Savior gets back, I want him to know I did everything to protect His people. Sorry to do this, but your (and my) Savior's people were ALL of Humanity. The Jews were the first of God's chosen people to spread His message aroudn the world. From the time of Christ onwards, God spread his message to the entire world, erasing the barriers between Jews and Gentiles. So, His people are the world and His persecutors are also the world. (oops, lost my grammar there)
