Nine bodies found in Fresno, Calif. home. Suspect arrested -
The bodies of nine people, including at least five young children, were found in a Fresno home Friday night. Ten caskets were also found in the house. A suspect has been arrested.

Iran Postpones a Visit by U.N. Nuclear Inspectors Until April

PARIS, March 12 — Iran on Friday postponed a planned visit of United Nations nuclear inspectors in what diplomats said was a tactical move to head off international criticism of its nuclear activities.
The postponement, until the second half of April, diplomats said, was announced in Vienna by the Iranian ambassador to the International Atomic Energy Agency, Pirooz Hosseini, who claimed the delay was related solely to Iran's New Year's holiday, which begins March 20. But many diplomats in the Austrian capital saw it as a warning to the agency to temper censure of Iran's nuclear program or put future cooperation from Tehran at risk.

Seems to me AQ has done what CIA said, have de-centralized and aligned with extremeist groups all over the world. If this is the case, then the leadership in Afghanistan is not in charge any more other than for inspirational purposes. Also by releasing tapes and threats can be useful in taking the heat off the splinter groups actually doing the work now. This is evident by the latest AQ/ETA good cop bad cop scenario.
AQ will be claiming responsibility for every act from now on.

WASHINGTON, March 12 — The Justice Department lied about its reasons for not pursuing the most serious accusations of environmental crimes at the Rocky Flats nuclear weapons plant in the 1980's and 1990's, according to a new book written in part by the foreman of the grand jury that investigated the case.
