I don't care how much it costs, space exploraation is the next frontier.

Let's invade the other planets, and STRIP-MINE them.

It is unlikely that I will ever know of a manned mission to Mars. I'm very optimistic and hopeful concerning our space exploration efforts though and I cheer them on.

It is truly remarkable to me that we are only 100 years into manned flight and are already able to send men to the moon and robotic probes to Mars. I often wish that I could see the future,...but then, maybe not.

Considering the glitches they've overcome, and the whole magnitude of the project, it's all pretty damned amazing.
