Does anyone have the article Rush just mentioned about the N. Vietnam General who said if it wasn't for groups like Kerry's, the US may have won?

There was a post on this subject yesterday, with Oliver North as the source. Also there are lots of books by this author: Vo Nguyen Giap, in internet bookstores at cheap prices. They are mostly about how the North Vietnamese won the war.
