SANAA, Yemen, Jan. 24 (UPI) -- A purported statement by al-Qaida in Yemen warned Saturday of a "major strike" soon in the United States.

The statement, distributed by the Yemeni Tagamoo Party for Reforms, said: "A major strike, a big event will take place in America soon," reminiscent of the Sept. 11 attacks.

But . . . assume that the Supreme Court is mostly puppet masters or closely controlled puppets.

I have learned from bitter experiences to not accept the NIE's as being factual for the simple reason that they are public knowledge.

We will never tell our enemies what we know. The alphabet agencies are black holes when it comes to releasing information about direct threats to the United States.

I had accepted the 2001 NIE, which I cite as a George Tenet intelligence estimate. The same George Tenet who began in the Clinton White House and continues in the role as DCI and CIRCIA for the Bush Administration. As a result of accepting the NIE I later had me head handed to me with information which directly refuted the 2001 NIE.

My bottom line is that some of the info is truthful, but certain portions of it are absolute horse hooey, the statement about the Taep'o Dong 2/3 (Hwasong 5/6 programs) being chief among them.

Sorry pal, but this is absolutely incorrrect. Your are about 8 years off the mark here. My information comes, in part, from the asseessment of the study done by David Wright, Co-Director and Senior Scientist for the Global Security Program at the Security Studies Program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and which is dated in their PFO 03-20 as March 18, 2003, but was originally released by him the previous month.

I quote Mr. Wright:

"The US intelligence estimates that were released today on the capability of the North Korean Taepo Dong-2 missile are not new. These estimates, as well as projections of how quickly the missile could be successfully tested and deployed, are controversial. This missile, which has never been flight-tested, would be significantly different than any missile North Korea has built or tested. As a result, it is not known how long it might take North Korea to develop successfully a working missile once they started flight-testing. Moreover, official range estimates appear to assume the missile uses significantly better technology than North Korea's past missiles, including lighter materials."

I prayerfully consider it and factor it in--leaving large portions on the shelf to see what falls off into hard reality.

But there are many intercessors hereon and I think this is worth alerting them about as well as others who might be on the brink of being urged in their spirits to pray for such issues.

I really do think God's hand in our planet will have a huge impact on the terrorism equation this year. We need to be praying in concert with God's priorities for maximum safety and effectiveness, IMHO.

I believe Iran is due for more devastation and perhaps N Korea and Indonesia. Their support of international terrorism will significantly decide, IMHO, their degree of devastation in the coming year. I think the quake that Iran suffered recently could easily turn out to be a very minor Sunday picnic version of what they will end up suffering if they persist on their current terror track and anti Israel track. And certainly they are stubbornly intent on doing so.

I believe the following will have to be factored into the AL QAEDA/terrorist equation . . .

I don't know how much of it is going to turn out true--but I believe a significant portion, at least, will turn out to be true.

I am still of mixed feelings about how accurate Tim is in general and totally. But I believe he's been in the ball park more than a time or two and is getting more accurate as his humility overcomes his pride. Where he is on that score at present, I'm not sure.

I believe the terrorists and puppet masters behind them will be inclined to try and exploit any natural disasters unless our prayer interventions and The Lord's own priorities cause them to suffer similarly. Also, perhaps such events will cause more rallying around The President and patriotism in behalf of the USA and Good.

Anyway--for whatever it's worth and ESPECIALLY FOR PRAYER, HERE IT IS.

In our November 15, 2003 report, we recommended a period of 40 days of prayer and fasting between November 15 and December 25, warning that "many souls were about to perish" as "governments were shaken" and came into accountability for the good and evil they've sown. Exactly
1-hour and 52-minutes after the fast ended, a 6.8 earthquake shook Iran on December 26 at 1:52am UTC, in which over 41,000 people perished.

To understand the prophetic significance of this quake, you
first have to look closely at the timing, location and signs in the heavens.

If you've been monitoring the news on our web site, you're aware that exactly one week following the Iran quake, a large meteor struck a residential area in Iran on January 3, followed by yet another spectacular meteor in Spain on January 4.

I believe that many events which have been held back by God's grace are soon about to be released as nations come into judgment and accountability for their obedience

In 2002, a spectacular meteor over Spain was video taped on November 1, knocked out of the sky by the hand of God, heralding the intervention of a great quake which would have exceeded magnitude 9.0. Please note the location of this meteor in in 2002, which was again Spain. The divine 'explanation point' which followed was a 7.9
earthquake in Alaska on November 3, 2002.

To understand the nature of these warnings, we have to look at God's time clock, Jerusalem. The 'peace process' which began to take form and substance in Madrid, Spain, is now approaching the final stages of completion, and will soon require a response from God.

The United States and many nations are now being weighed in the balance, and are about to be shaken. Interestingly, the 6.5 earthquake in Northern California on December 22 was the initial quake whcih began an unprecedented week of large swarm quakes around the globe (6.0+ to 7.0+); from Iran to the Loyalty Islands, and Central America to Japan.
It is no accident that the quake which began all this turbulence around the world was centered in California.

The seas will roar in 2004 as molten rivers of revival erupt around the Pacific Ring of Fire. There will be limited attacks against God's anointed, but unlimited breakthroughs. The attacks will be allowed to build character and strength in preparation for the tumultuous days ahead.

There will be great quakes, but limited for the sake of the
islands and the coastal regions, for a great harvest of souls is about to be released not just throughout the Pacific, but around the world. There will be financial shakings, but not financial collapse. A great quake is being weighed in the balance for the United States, which was delayed in 2002, but shortly to manifest in 2004. The key to averting this quake is Israel.

The 6.5 quake in Northern California December 22, followed by the Iran quake immediately at the end of our 40-day
fast on Dec. 26, was the first series of warnings. The last warning will be a sign in the heavens over the United States similar to Spain.

Coastal residents should be alert in 2004, but tsunami should be limited if two events can be averted. In addition to the United States, another major seismic-volcanic event brewing in the Pacific requires the urgent attention of God's intercessors worldwide, and the Loyalty of those who are standing in the gap for the Pacific. If this super eruption manifests, tsunami will ripple across the Pacific, and although limited, the event would be a great sorrow and setback with thousands of casualties throughout the Pacific Rim.

This event can be averted. It is important that those prayer warriors who carry the commission for the Pacific REMAIN in the Pacific until the Holy Spirit releases them to go. If one grandmother is commisioned and sent into
the Pacific, that person can bring stability to an entire region of the globe, for the commission and spiritual authority she carries sends ripples through the very fabric of time and space, releasing life to a region that was sentenced to death.

Sacrificial obedience and Loyalty are the keys to averting this explosive event in the Pacific in 2004. A mighty army of revivalists and world-shakers are about to be birthed this year, many whom will be trained and released from the islands of the Pacific.

I am currently ministering along the South China Sea on Luzon's Northwest Coast, and will have limited Internet access till Tuesday. We are very carefully monitoring the swarm quakes this week in Eastern Indonesia, and continue to recieve prophectic warnings of a large seismic-volcanic explosion in the South Pacific. This is one of two major seismic events brewing along the Pacific Ring of Fire which
needs to be intercepted this year, or thousands will perish by tsunami along the coastlands.

The point is this:

The Russians HAVE the capability to obliterate at will US cities in a nuclear holocaust. They are about to demonstrate that capability in a weeks time or so while we are no longer actively targeting Russia.

The DPRK might be able to manage a nuclear hit on Guam, Alaska or perhaps at the outside Seattle.

In military terms this is the difference between a 25-meter target and a 2500-meter target.

If it were up to me I'd have at least two divisions, one Army and USMC actively guarding that frontier.

The President's plan to give clemency to illegals is wrong and it will cost him dearly if he does not reverse course immediately on this issue. Thanks, it seems as though the description of the perp these days is never given unless they are white as far as I've seen. Except for the guards description down in Freeport about the ME guy. Other than the guard being arrested for something else I have never heard anything about the white pick up or the ME guy again.

This border incident (post 503) between New York and Canada seemed odd to me. It's either a nut, a disgruntled alien or someone trying to divert attention. It definitely would help if we knew the ethnicity of the person shooting unless they didn't see him. At least they closed the border crossing, but I wonder what the surrounding area is like? Is there another place for someone to cross etc.

Bird Flu Surfaces In Delaware

DOVER, Del. (AP) Delaware officials ordered the destruction of some 12,000 farm chickens on Friday after confirming that the flock was infected by avian influenza.

State agriculture secretary Michael Scuse said the flu strain is different from the one that has spread to the human population in Asia, and that there is no threat to human health.

Scuse would not disclose the location of the infected chicken houses or identify the grower, saying only that it was an independent operation in Kent County.

The strain, known as H7, has the potential to cause severe economic damage if it spreads to the commercial broiler industry, a linchpin of the region's agricultural economy.

WASHINGTON/BANGKOK, Feb 7 (Reuters) - The first case of bird flu appeared in the United States just as hard-hit Thailand said it hoped to clear the last outbreak of an epidemic that has killed 18 people and decimated poultry flocks across Asia.

More than 12,000 chickens have been quarantined in the U.S. state of Delaware and are due to be destroyed after they were found to have a strain of the virus which differs from the one that has killed people in Thailand and Vietnam, the Delaware State News reported on its Web site.

Delaware Secretary of Agriculture Michael Scuse told the newspaper the strain found in the U.S. chickens was known as H7. The killer Asian strain was H5N1.

"We are trying to act as quickly as possible," Scuse told the Delaware State News. "We are trying to protect an industry here that is awfully valuable".

In addition to the destruction of the 12,000 chickens in Delaware's Kent County, all farms within two miles of the infected birds will be tested within the next week, Scuse said.
