SANAA, Yemen, Jan. 24 (UPI) -- A purported statement by al-Qaida in Yemen warned Saturday of a "major strike" soon in the United States.

The statement, distributed by the Yemeni Tagamoo Party for Reforms, said: "A major strike, a big event will take place in America soon," reminiscent of the Sept. 11 attacks.

I think you hit on something with the chocolate observation. An IRA terrorist would make a decision, hoist three sheets of liquid courage and go for it. These Wahhabist hyper-zealots talk their trash, eat chocolate (and honey, they're big on that), get contented and fall asleep. If it weren't for clubbing the night before and tiny bottles on the jets 9-11 might never have happened.
