Statement by NFL Executive Vice President Joe Browne regarding the Super Bowl halftime show:
"We were extremely disappointed by elements of the MTV-produced Halftime show. They were totally inconsistent with assurances our office was given about the show. It's unlikely that MTV will produce another Super Bowl halftime."

Yeah, and they aren't even real........Okay. I give up! Is it me or are some posts baffling?

Life after Clinton. First you couldn't let your kids watch the news or they would learn about oral sex. Now they can't watch sporting events for the nudity.
As the Russian comedian Yakov Smyrnoff said, "What a country!!!".

It doesn't so much look like a breast as it does like someone deflated a basketball and filled it with glop.

I saw a few seconds of Kid Rock and turned the channel. I thought the "entertainment" promised to be boring and stupid, not disgusting as well. I did not like seeing KR dressed in a flag.
No talent. No entertainment. No taste. Has anyone told Janet she is just as ugly as Michael?

CBS Statement on Janet Jackson--- CBS deeply regrets the incident that occured during the Super Bowl halftime show. We attended all rehearsals throughout the week and there was no indication that any such thing would happen. The moment did not conform to CBS broadcast standards and we would like to apologize to anyone who was offended.

"Has anyone told Janet she is just as ugly as Michael?" She so ugly that she has to wear a sack over her ugly ass head so da sandman can creep up on her so she can sleep at night.

Offensive isn't the word here. Classless fits better. The audience really deserves better.

I have a hard time believing that.
They certainly heard the song being rehearsed, and the words to the song had to do with "take your clothes off."

This proves the entire Jackson family, Inc, is about as sick as they come.
And MTV can stuff it!
So can Joe Browne and CBS!

The whole MTV halftime show was dreck. No wonder the Islamic militants call us the "Great Satan." Putting any of the Jacksons up on that stage guaranteed a new low in TV entertainment.
It was the one part of the game I was able to take a long rest break and be sure not to miss football or a good product commercial.
