"They seem blase."

That's what scares the heck out of me. I hate to come down on law enforcement, but more and more I'm getting disgusted with the way they are handling this. This 911 fiasco is the icing on the cake.

I've lived in Ohio for all my 47 years, and I've never heard of a side window imploding by the cold. They need to take *every* incident seriously.
