[history]
January 28, 2004 -- Al Franken is a big fat blabbermouth, and now he thinks he's Hulk Hogan. OK, maybe not that fat.
But a blabbermouth for sure - and now he's unleashed a new weapon: the body slam.
At a Howard Dean campaign stop in New Hampshire Monday, Franken lost control of himself when lunatic-fringe acolytes of Lyndon LaRouche began heckling the former Vermont governor.

Anyone know anything about the tackle-ee, or see a picture? I heard a rumor he was in his sixties.

On talk radio last night, a listener said the victim was 63. Franken really covered himself in glory on this one.

He'll get his comeuppance if he keeps attacking LaRouchies because some of those critters are NUTS. Maybe all of them.

Well, to say the obvious, IF that report is true, and IF the tackler had been [insert ANY even SEMI-conservative here], the victim's bruised and miserable face would be on every front page, every web page, and would open every news broadcast.
Undeniable. If that had been Rush Limbaugh, Hugh Hewitt, Michael Medved, Ann Coulter... just imagine.
My own theory is partly the obvious (liberals control the media), and partly just that people expect horrid behavior of liberals. It's conservatives who have a standard.

Anyone started the "Al Franken Prosecution Fund"?
Maybe someone should post this on O'Reilly or Hannity's website.
Can't send it to Rushbo....he's got his own legal tangles.

Perhaps Franken was the source of Rush's back pain... hmm.
Who's the next celebrity supporter after Michael Moore and Franken to handicap their guy? I'm sure Madonna is waiting to unleash a string of expletives from Clark's bandwagon, but that wouldn't be a surprise.

Franken complained all over the airwaves about Bill O'Reilly shouting him down. AFTER Franken had had his 35 minutes to speak, he repeatedly and rudely interrupted O'Reilly, and was told to shut up. In this case, it was a violation of Franken's free speech, and his rights were apparently more important than O'Reilly's. Then, he hypocritically physically attacks a senior citizen for doing the same, exact, thing against a lefty, that he felt it was OK to do to O'Reilly. How much more obvious does it get? These leftists are so venemously obsessed with their point of views, that they go NUTS when the shoe's on the other foot.
