I haven't seen that before either. And I'll add an interesting side note too.
While following the SARs, smallpox, et al threads over the past 2 years....I've seen many times mentioned that Drs./ Hospitals/First responders would be 'getting an info pack' of some sorts giving heads up and course of actins for things to look out for.
Well, my husband is a doctor. Our friends/his colleagues are doctors. They even work in state hospitals. No one has ever seen any type of info pack.
I went onto the CDC site yesterday, looks like this may be the information that was intended to be sent out. Nothing ever was sent out though. They must have decided to make all this accessable from their website; but they failed to notify anyone that the info is/was here.
