House panel prepares House for catastrophic attack

A House committee recommended legislation Wednesday that would provide for fast special elections if a terrorist attack killed or incapacitated many House members.

The measure would require expedited elections under "extraordinary circumstances" when the speaker of the House announces that vacancies in the 435-member chamber exceed 100.

The bill, approved 18-10, stipulates that parties choose candidates within 10 days of that announcement and that state elections be held within 45 days.

The legislation has also been approved by the House Administration Committee and now goes to the full House for consideration.

ARTICLE SNIPPET: "BOSTON — The federal air marshals who travel undercover through Logan International Airport each day will become the first in the country to use Israeli-style behavior pattern recognition training to scan the crowd for suspicious activity, according to the leader of the Boston field office.

However, political analysts and security officials fear the emergence of the Al Sunna Wal Jamma (Followers of the Prophet) group may be an indication that extremist Islamic groups have found enough foothold in Nigeria to make Africa's most populous country a theatre for worse sectarian violence than it has seen in recent years and acts of terrorism.

"What I find striking is that the group had operated in Nigeria for some time, had a cell network of members that included highly educated people and could use weapons," said Ike Onyekwere, a political analyst.

"Though they appear to have been put to flight, there is a chance they might still regroup and emerge in another, perhaps more deadly form," he added.

Strangers with no respect for traditions

Residents in Kanamma, a small town in Yobe State in northeast Nigeria, recall that the "strangers" first set up camp in the outskirts of the small town near the Niger border a year ago. They would come into town to preach to the people about how to attain Islamic purity."

Hoax or not . . .

some sort of rough outline equal to the contentions in the "hoax" seem highly likely to be true to me for the following simple facts:

1) Bin Laden's long years of fierce hostility to the USA and all it represents--and especially our impact on the Middle East vis a vis Israel etc.

2) The tons of oil money available to him for a very long time.

3) The numbers of very dedicated people ideologically committed to the point of death.

4) The porosity of our borders.

5) The corruption and porosity of Russia's borders vis a vis nuke technology; not to mention Pakistan and North Korea.

6) The clout, effectiveness of the puppet masters to set the world's populace up clammoring for a tyrannical world gvernment as the Bible predicts . . . either by threat of WWII or more likely by devastating attacks on the USA leading to WWIII. This is not rocket science. I read of such things planned on my job at the Univ Library Special Collections in 1966. This has not all fallen out of the heavens newly minted. Werner Von Braun spoke very guardedly of it even though he was dying of cancer in the 1970's.

7) Satan has had longer planning all his end time strategies than even his goons the puppet masters, including their clerk Shrillery Clinton. He's eager to do what he can toward destroying Israel AND Israel's USA protection.

8) With so much HANDWRITING ON THE WALL, I'm amazed more hoaxes claiming major parts of it have not been published abroad. It just doesn't matter that much to me whether this particular posted article is a hoax or not. The contentions in it are far tooooooo close to reality for any amount of reliable pseudo comfort . . . .

9) PRAYER ALONE will save us from the assertions in the article.

10) Idiot politicians will not save US from THEM, much less from Al Qaeda.
