Remember the muslim man who was claiming to be a Doctor in Las Vegas and Washington?

Was it you that posted all the links that were found for him?

As I recall several were to "schools" that he run.

My thought, is that he was a dummy school, to help terrorists get papers to enter the U.S.

What ever happened to him?

Now this is real intel!

Counterterrorism is normally a civilian law enforcement function of forces such as the local police and FBI. McHale said that as part of NORTHCOM, Guard and Reserve soldiers could help those civilian officials provide a "fused capability" and a second layer of defense against terrorism.

This mission already is in place, as part of Operation Noble Eagle. It comes under what's known as MSCA - Military Support of Civilian Authorities.

Now, MSCA missions are traditionally the Guard missions you all know: disaster relief, civil disturbance, search-and-rescue, etc. Under ONE, the missions can also include the Homeland Security role in an offensive response: the firepower tasks that AD McHale refers to.

That would happen, ONLY WHEN and NOT BEFORE every legal I and T was dotted and crossed. The Guard/Reserves will not be used lightly, in these incidents.

ARTICLE SNIPPET: "January 27, 2004 -- Don't be taken in by all the hot air following David Kay's statement Friday that he didn't think any weapons of mass destruction currently exist in Iraq.

After all, Kay's last report confirmed that Iraq had WMD programs, if not weapons. And he now says some weapons may have been moved to Syria.

Kay believes Saddam was trying to boost his WMD programs starting in 2000, but was deceived by his own scientists. In what Kay calls a "vortex of corruption," scientists seem to have stolen the regime's nuke money."

ARTICLE SNIPPET: "January 27, 2004 -- WASHINGTON - Sept. 11 mastermind Khalid Sheik Mohammed received a visa to enter the United States weeks before the attacks even though he was under indictment for previous terrorist plots in the Philippines, it was revealed yesterday. The visa, obtained by al Qaeda's master strategist on July 23, 2001, was one of several new details of blunders made by government agencies prior to the attacks that emerged at a hearing by the independent commission probing the attacks.

Members of the panel headed by former New Jersey Gov. Tom Kean blasted lax security procedures at airports as they revealed that several of the hijackers, including ringleader Mohamed Atta, entered the country despite having fraudulent visas and suspicious stories.

Had agents who granted them visas and allowed them to pass through immigration lines picked up on the red flags, it is possible the Sept. 11 atrocities would have been prevented, the commission said.

The Pakistani-born, U.S.-educated "engineer" of al Qaeda's most spectacular operations had been indicted in federal court in Manhattan for plotting to blow up U.S. airliners with his nephew Ramzi Yousef, the ringleader of the first World Trade Center bombing. There is no evidence Mohammed ever entered the country."
