The Frontier is a European concept. America is a European concept. Of course only 5% of Europeans ever act on such concepts--ignoring such oddities as Napoleon, Hitler, the Crusades, Mussolini, Alexander, Caesar, and the rest of the multitude who populate European history's more active pages.
