Anyone else seeing Lieberman thinking of running as an Independant? That scares me. Is it too late for him to change parties and do this?

Lieberman is too wimpy to run as an Indy -- he will be back in the RAT saddle shortly after Mr. Bill has a talk with him. No way is he going to leave the Dems. Same talk went around about McCain -- never was going to happen.
In some States like mine you have to have 5% of the vote in the previous election to get on the ballot this time for President. An Indy candidate will not qualify in a lot of states.

That scares me. Is it too late for him to change parties and do this? Nothing scary about it. Any of the main dems running as a third party candidate would be disaster for the Dems.
Hopefully, Dean will run indie when he doesn't get the nomination.
