You must be joking. What percentage of programs under gov't control are ever privatized?
There was no prescription drug crisis in America. It was a perfect example of compassionate conservatism - private companies stepped in to help the elderly and destitute with NO govt intervention.
The democrats only hated it because it took away one of there issues - not because it is good for America.
