This document is titled "Petition to Modify Visitation Rules" and was filed on behalf of Michael Schiavo by attorney Deborah Bushnell. The language in this document has caused tremendous concern.

Part 1, Paragraph 5: "When the ward is in the hospital, petitioner should be permitted to more strictly regulate the ward's visitors in order to accommodate the need for hospital personnel to administer medication and treatments unimpeded."

Does this language mean to say that Terri's immediate family will no longer be able to visit or see her should she become hospitalized?

Part 2, Paragraph 7: "Visitors are prohibited from evaluating, examining, treating or testing the ward, or causing the ward to be evaluated, examined, treated or tested by any physician, therapist or other person without prior Court approval.

Does this language mean that Terri's family can no longer ask for assistance if she suffers a medical complication or event?

Part 2, Paragraph 8: "Visitors are prohibited from introducing or causing to be introduced any object, matter or substance of any kind, whether liquid, solid or medicinal, orally or in any other manner to the ward."

Withholding oral sustenance when an individual is capable of accepting it is abuse and a deliberate act of omission under Florida Statute 415.102.

Part 2, Paragraph 13: "Visitors may be restricted from the facility if such visitors violate these visitation rules and conditions in any manner."

Does this language mean that Terri's immediate family can be barred from seeing her at the instructions of her husband/guardian at any time?

Michael Shiavo has acted like a sadist. Sadists enjoy inflicting pain on others. I hope someone will write a book detailing the facts of this case.

As you may already know, Terri's situation has prompted a Georgia state lawmaker to sponsor a Bill (House Bill 1132) that would make it illegal to withhold food and water from a disabled person. I contacted representative Chip Rogers, the Bill's sponsor, and asked what the public could do to assist him in his efforts. His response follows:

"The bill has been assigned to the House Judiciary Committee. If you could contact those committee members and ask that this bill be given a fair hearing, I believe it would go a long way towards making it a reality."

I received a message this morning advising that the amended visitation order was originally scheduled to be heard in court on Jan 12. The hearing was cancelled due to attorney Patricia Anderson's illness from the flu. As of yet, a new date has not been set for the amended order to be heard. Co-council for Michael Schiavo, Deborah Bushnell, co-authored the amended rules. Apparently, Bushnell is very anxious to have this amended order approved by the courts as soon as possible.

Just when I think Michael has sunk to the lowest he can go, he disproves me! I feel such wrath for this "man"!

How the court can side with him time and time again is what's so scary. Beyond despicable.

Heavenly Father, we return to give You thanks that the ruling on the latest assault on this mother's child has been delayed. Cause this time to be used as another opportunity to bring this tragedy before any and all who will join in this fight for Terri's life. Strike down this attempt to hasten the murder of this innocent woman, O God, I pray ... may this be seen in all its viciousness, and may the people be moved with compassion. Direct our efforts where best they may be used, that men may see that You are working on behalf of this beloved daughter.

Heavenly Father, I ask forgiveness in my neglect to bring Michael's two innocent children before the Throne of Grace. If their father is to succeed in this murder, these two are consigned to a life of shame. No matter the words they would ever hear to rationalize the starvation of their father's wife, even the tiniest ones know that those around them are to love them and protect them. Let them not grow up in a home where life and love are twisted and perverted ... spare them, O God, I pray. Intercede on their behalf ... return Terri to the love and comfort of her family ... draw these littles ones out of the prison of their father's making ... speak to his heart and may he repent, in the Name of Jesus, I pray, Amen ...

Your prayers are my prayers. Thank you so much. Repeating your words to our Father, in prayer, joins us and all who stand with you as we together petition our Father for his awesome power to intercede.

I am stunned at the wording of the court petition MS has leveled against his wife. It is absent compassion, concern or any wisp of love. It is revolting, ominous, evil and full of hate. Especially a hatred for any who would attempt to comfort and care for Terri just as it is for Terri.

This man not only wants Terri to suffer deeply, and ALONE, deprived of the gentle touch of those who truly love her, but he wants to destroy the Schindlers. To render them legally restrained from attending to their daughter.

Returning full guardianship to MS is equal to being an accomplice in nurturing a death sentence, imho.

That these requests of the court, authored by Felos and MS be made available for all to read, most especially those in the media with the power to expose such an absolute horror being requested of the Florida courts, is something we can all help to accomplish.

Greta, Glenn Beck, Sean Hannity and all who have shown compassion and a desire for the full truth need to know the depths of depravity MS and his companions in darkness are willing to go. The courts need to be made aware that America is watching, in horror, as this progression to stifle the full truth and history of Terri's determination to LIVE moves along its deeply sick path.

How I wish an investigative reporter would put Felos and MS on notice...on an intent to present the full scope of what has transpired into a book.

A&E television should be notified of the ongoing lack of justice Terri has so suffered.

I truly believe this is a spiritual battle-of immense proportions and consequence.
