"eating meat causes impotence."

Yeah, right. Try telling that to my wife.

Where is the evidence that eating meat causes impotence?

It appears that vegetarianism causes the early onset of senility.

If CBS backs down and airs the PETA ad -- I will find something else to watch. None of my favorite teams are left in the running anyways. It will be the first Super Bowl I have missed watching.

Had to put up with Clark ads during the preview of the Sugar Bowl and was disgusted. Candidate/Issue ads have no place being shown during sporting events IMO.

B.S. Tell that to an NFL Football player (or another athelete for that matter).

"Our ad has all three of advertising's most popular elements -- sex, humor, and animals --so the network should jump on it." she said.

I'm not sure that 'sex' and 'animal' should be used in the same sentence; but then again, this is from a PETA spokesperson...

truth.com was aired during the last super bowl? Well, that does set a precedence but CBS can reject anything they want.

FWIW, theTruth.com commercials are gay as hell and when I went to their website forum one time (they have since been removed), was filled with anti-thetruth.com posters. It was hillarious.

PETA argues that's not true, pointing out that CBS had aired an anti-smoking commercial from Truth.com during the Super Bowl.

BULL... FOX AIRED THOSE ADS DURING SUPER BOWL XXXVI. I have a tape of that broadcast.

I eat meat.

Find me a cute female PETA activist, and I'll prove my "performance".

A vegetarian diet is actually much more likely to cause impotence EARLY in life. (See below.) I suppose their attempted point is that eating lots of wurst and fried chicken will lead to artheriosclerosis, which certainly can promote wangular softitude. Vegetarians' principal source of protein often is SOY. And it's becoming clearer and clearer that soy depresses male hormone production while upping female hormones. Does wonders for your singing voice, though, I bet.

Why the hell does PETA still have access to two million bucks?

I thought we were freezing the accounts of the various terrorist organizations.
