Thirty-something, para-professional, husband, and father. Just a low-key schmoe who is disheartened at the fact that the rules and morals I was taught as a kid are now considered irrelevant by many. Common sense seems to have taken a backseat to idiocracy and 'victimization'...what happened???

I am increasingly distressed when I read/hear misguided people spewing vitrolic and rhetorically charged opinions on everyday social and political issues. The moment anyone makes a political decision based on emotion over sound reasoning, then they lose all credibilty - especially in regards to our national security.

I'm along for the spirited conversation that make FR so invigourating!
