Herman Cain is a true conservative. This campaign is taking off. Expect surprised comments from the liberal media when this underdog ends up in a run off with Johnny Isakson for this US Senate seat.

Folks, I am still a newbie and frequently get my posts deleted before they can get started because of one infraction of the rules or another. Would some old hand at FR check this out and if you see something I did wrong that might get it pulled please fix it an repost it for me.

Let's see....when MLK was assassinated, wasn't the President of the United States a democRAT named LBJ (Lyndon Baines Johnson...not Long Blow Job as has been rumored)? If I'm not mistaken, James Earl Ray was also a registered democRAT, wasn't he?

To those of you not from Georgia and not lucky enough to know who Herman Cain is, take some time out to look at this fine conservative. His is a name you will hear again and again.

He is running to replace the Senate seat Zell Miller is vacating and is the best conservative in the race, even if not the most readily known name.

Black conservative ping

If you want on (or off) of my black conservative ping list, please let me know via FREEPmail. (And no, you don't have to be black to be on the list!)

Extra warning: this is a high-volume ping list.

Great post!

I saw the protest being covered on the tv news, but nothing showing Bush honoring Martin Luther King.

Go Cain, go!

Is this man still associated with Godfather's Pizza? Appearing in ads for the chain, as a successful Black businessman would get him good name and face recognition.

I was at the King Center yesterday. I think my son and I were the only Bush supporters there. Bush could not see the protesters because Marta buses were blocking his view, but he definitely heard the boos.

Every president except Reagan has placed a wreath on King's grave. I saw pictures of Bush with Coretta King on the Dose last night. She looked very happy to see him.

I went by Cain's campaign headquarters yesterday (Saturday), but unfortunately it was closed. But I'll be back.

The headquarters are easy to find. Take the State Farmer's Market exit off I-75. Turn right, it's right next to the new Grainger store.

It's very close to I-75, so anyone traveling through Georgia can get there easily, too. Even if you don't live in Georgia, you might enjoy stopping by.
