The consequence of these laws will be to save lives from the drunk driver who stays home. The drop in revenues is small to the lives involved.Consistency is everything in fascism. Banning cars would save lives too.

Cars don't kill people, drunk drivers do... after drinking a six-pack of beer. I for one am thrilled that the guys who are making these quotes are staying home.
