No offense to those older people among us, but I will not shed a single tear when everyone who participated in the '60's counter-culture is deep in the grave. I fear that their damage is permanent, but I look at history and realize that nothing ever is. Still, it probably won't change in my kid's or grandkid's lifetime, and that makes me very sad.
